Se ordenó remitir el expediente contentivo de la tutela propuesta por la ciudadana de la referencia contra la Subdirección de Prestaciones Económicas y Sociales de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social -Cajanal-, al Juzgado Segundo de Menores de Bucaramanga para que trámite y decida en forma inmediata, en acatamiento a lo resuelto en la sentencia de 18 de julio de 2002, proferida por el Consejo de Estado, dará aplicación a lo dispuesto en el inciso segundo del numeral 1º del Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 del 2000.
